Social and Payroll

Give us the management of payroll, personnel related returns, advice on labor law and social insurance

Our services are grouped in two poles corresponding to the social environment in Poland. It concerns the following areas of involvement:

  • Management of Personnel Files:

• Preparation of documents relating to the hiring of the employee and to termination of work agreements, various amendments;
• Preparation of civil law contracts (service contracts and specific task contracts);
• Management of employees' personal files;
• Organization and follow-up of medical appointments, periodic visits and check-ups;
• Management of working time (overtime, holidays, sick leave, etc.);
• Precondition hire declaration and update at the end of the contract;
• Preparation of documents to obtain allowances, social benefits, etc. ;
• Preparation of work certificates or certificates from the employer of the employee's income.

  • Payroll and Reporting Management:

• Preparation of pay slips and summaries of payroll;
• Preparation of ZUS returns (social charges) and RMUA reports for employees;
• Preparation of tax returns (PIT) concerning the withholding tax;
• PFRON returns (National Fund for Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities);
• Representation of the client in front of the Polish Administration;
• Implementation of company rules and regulations and remuneration regulations;
• Assistance in the event of collective redundancy;
• Advice for obtaining of the form A1 (former E-101).

    We propose full personnel and payroll management for both employees in Poland and those employed as part of a secondment abroad.
